Refund policy

At MOI BEAUTY, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Return requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting hello@itsmoibeauty.com and providing your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is eligible and approved, you may place a new order separately. Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing and dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return procedure outlined above will apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MOI BEAUTY shall not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UAE law. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and applicable law, the provisions of UAE Consumer Protection Law shall prevail.
