MOI BEAUTY LLC processes and dispatches orders from the United Arab Emirates. Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We expanded to Lebanon as well and orders are being fulfilled in country. Expected delivery time in  Lebanon 2-3 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier partner, delivery location, customs procedures (if applicable), or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Once an order has been dispatched, the risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. MOI BEAUTY shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. MOI BEAUTY is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable UAE law.
